Controller

VICEPRINT is the controller for the personal data processed on this site.

What we collect

• Contact and order data — company name, contact name, email, country and message from the contact form, and company, email and country from the reservation form.
• Payment data — PayPal processes all reservation payments. PayPal shares transaction data (order ID, amount, status) with us. Card details are processed by PayPal and never reach our servers.

Why we process it

• To process reservations, collect the remaining balance and send confirmation, update and refund emails.
• To respond to contact inquiries.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations where they apply.

Legal bases

• Performance of the reservation agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Legitimate interest in running and securing this site and answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Legal obligation where retention is required by law (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Consent for optional communications, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Retention

Contact and reservation records are kept as long as needed to fulfil the reservation, handle refunds or meet legal obligations, and are deleted once no longer required.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to its processing.
